10% Urea – which actually penetrates the skin and enhances its ability
to absorb and retain moisture. Clinically shown to soften skin and calluses.
Arnica – antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities that can help
reduce pain and swelling.
Emu Oil - exhibits anti-inflammatory effects on the skin and has been demonstrated
to be a non-pore clogging substance helping to keep the skin healthy.

You may find products of lesser quality containing one or two ingredients mentioned
above, but, you will not find another product containing all of these specially
selected ingredients to effectively prevent skin and nail problems common to
the diabetic foot. Regular use will result in softer, more elastic, resilient
skin and healthier nails and feet.
ToesEase® Foot & Nail Cleanser promotes cleaning
by softening the fungus and bacteria around the skin & nails. DiabetiCream® then
provides special conditioning properties. The ToeSoak® stimulates, relaxes & cleans.
Still not convinced?
“Why is this product more expensive than other
creams on the market?”
There is no other product on the market formulated
specifically for the diabetic, neuropathic foot, with all of these ingredients.
Emu Oil, mink oil, the purest Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Concentrate….other
products feature an aloe-vera EXTRACT, Dr. Rehm has carefully selected
each ingredient for its properties.
“Why should I buy the ToesEase & the DiabetiCream, can’t
I just buy the cream?”
Would you wax your car without washing it first? The ToesEase cleans and
loosens debris around the skin and nails, the DiabetiCream moisturizes and
conditions the skin.
“Okay, so why do I need the ToeSoak?”
The ToeSoak contains Dead Sea Salts which are proven
to be very therapeutic and aid in exfoliating dead, dry, scaly skin. Dr.
Rehm recommends soaking your feet at least once a week…it is soothing
and relaxing. It is very effective as a foot shampoo in the bath or shower
and because it is designed for the diabetic it is much less abrasive than
other foot scrubs.
Doctor’s Professional Foot Therapy
This is a line of foot products formulated to help manage skin and nail
problems common to the diabetic foot. They have been clinically tested with
patients at the Diabetic Foot and Wound Treatment Center in San Diego, California.
Kenneth Rehm, D.P.M. is the medical director and worked on these formulas
to address the needs of his patients, selecting each ingredient with care
for its specific properties.
Appropriate skin & nail care is important because
people with diabetes often suffer from Autonomic Neuropathy. Autonomic
Neuropathy is a common nerve problem contributing to adverse skin and
nail conditions. The sweating mechanism is altered and therefore results
in thickened, dry, cuticles and nails as well as dry, stiff, cracked
skin, which is subject to a buildup of thicker calluses. Bacterial and
fungal infection could be more likely because irritated skin serves as a
good place for germs to thrive. Thickened nails can even become ingrown
and cause infection to the areas surrounding the nail.
